QUALITY CONTROL
Your
facility is inspected regularly by an area supervisor using a
quality control inspection sheet. An account manager
assigned to our clients will arrange to meet with you periodically
to make certain that you are completely satisfied with our cleaning
services.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our staff approach to customer service assures
our customers that their requests to our office will be answered
on the first call. Our customer's needs and request will
be followed through to completion in a responsive and timely
manner.

you have any questions, emergency, or requests, clients are assured
a prompt response.
SAFETY & SECURITY
All personnel employed for your facility will
be experienced EBM employees with proper safety training and
security procedures. Our
employees are carefully screened prior to start of work and can
be easily distinguished in our company uniform shirts and identified
with photo I.D. badges.
EMPLOYEE & TRAINING
EBM employee's are subject to handbook / classroom
training as well as hands-on training during their first initial
stage of providing services. Our new employees will be instructed
and trained to properly use chemicals, equipments, and safe methods
of cleaning. Our obligation and policy to everyone is to
provide a safe and clean working environment for both EBM employees
and to our customers. |
